No, the Kitchen is on the ground floor.  Stairs then lead up to the next two floors.

You will have the whole property.  The gym is shared with the staff from the coffee shop during the day time but is rarely used by them.

We are situated within a row of shops and businesses including hairdressers, ladies gym, newsagents, estate agents, interior designers and beauticians.  There is a public house a few minutes walk and you can walk to Harborne High Street in about 10 minutes.  There is a children’s play area and outdoor exercise equipment within the new housing estate directly behind the apartment accessed via Knightlow Road.

The apartment has it’s own external door into the property that is also used by the coffee shop during the day.  This will be your entry point into and out of the building.  There is a private internal door allowing access into the apartment.

No, the gym is located in an outbuilding to the rear of the apartment adjacent to the garden.  It is only a few metres away.

Yes, the garden is for the use of the coffee shop customers and staff from some of the adjacent business’s.  There is ample seating and it is rarely fully occupied.

Check in is from 3pm.  You must be checked out by 11am.  Extended check out or earlier check ins may be possible by prior arrangement.

We require a security deposit for all stays to cover us should any loss or damage occur during your stay.  We will refund the deposit promptly on the day of your departure.
